I learned so much from Jessica in regards to creating boundaries and taking care of myself first. She emphasized on the fact that we can’t pour from an empty cup, which is so true! I enjoyed how knowledgeable she is and her gentleness in keeping it real but in a professional manner. The meditation portion was super good. I personally benefited from the techniques she utilized to teach us how to breathe properly and just kind of let go of anything and everything.
