A little about my story…
I’ve experienced several losses in my life, and none made me feel more broken and shaken up than my father’s passing and one particular miscarriage. Yet, I’m so grateful for the last year I shared with my father. We bonded so much that year. Then there was the second biggest loss for me. We were so close to having a healthy first trimester, but then there was no heartbeat. I felt so empty, but my unconditional love, joy, and excitement during the first trimester are irreplaceable and unforgettable. Despite my gratitude, my grief process was not linear. I felt the anger, the sadness, the relief, the guilt, and so much more.
Through my grieving, I experienced:
-
A validation of the depth of my emotions
-
Encouragement and embraced the diverse range of emotions that accompany grief
-
Better navigation through guilt, fostering self-forgiveness and self-compassion
-
Finding space where my pain and the love I have for my loved one coexist
-
Holding onto hope for myself until I was ready to embrace it and helped myself discover a renewed sense of purpose with my growth
And that is what I want for all members of the Flowing Hearts Circle.
I did not realize how much Flowing Hearts would help me on my grief journey.
So, how do we get started?
It’s Simple!
1
Schedule Your Consultation
The first step is looking at available times for your 30-minute consultation! Visit my appointment scheduler below to complete a brief form and schedule a 30-minute video consultation.
Attend Your Consultation
This video consultation is an opportunity for us to meet for the first time and directly assess if our group is a good fit for your needs. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, address any doubts, and build trust.
My goal is to ensure the group remains a safe and supportive space for everyone, so I want to avoid admitting participants who might disrupt this dynamic.
